Includes site analysis, concept design, detailed design, planting plans, materials specification, and visualisation, delivered as a complete documented design ready for construction.

Garden design for country houses, listed properties, and substantial period or contemporary homes set in their own grounds. The design responds to the heritage of the property, the character of the surrounding landscape, and the way the house sits in its setting. Often involves working alongside the architect on renovation or new build projects.

Strategic design for large gardens with multiple zones, distinct spaces, and complex briefs. Covers circulation, hierarchy, planting structure, and built elements. Often the starting point for projects phased over several seasons or years, where a coherent vision is needed to guide phased delivery.

Detailed planting design as a standalone commission or as part of a larger project. Species selection, seasonal structure, successional planting, and planting plans matched to the soil, climate, aspect, and growing conditions of each site.

Design-led project oversight where Gregson-Brown Design produces the full design and specification, then oversees delivery on site through trusted landscape contractors. The studio does not build in-house. This service ensures the completed garden matches the design intent through detailed drawings, specifications, and regular site supervision during construction.
